Disney On Ice: Jump In! Tacoma Theatre reviews
"Impressed I was, the show What Now Tour was so funny, I laughed throughout the whole entire show. Omg Disney On Ice: Jump In! is so sexy and funny, might I add. I thought for like an hour he would be on, but it lasted almost two hours. My seats I didn't like, but that's what I get for not checking my emails to get the upcoming artist alert. I had a great view, it was just tight. The next time Disney On Ice: Jump In! is in the area, I'm getting floor seats and will be at his next show. But overall, here on out I'm on top of it."
Great show ~
"I've never seen any comedy clips of Disney On Ice: Jump In! Honestly. All I could think about when buying the tickets was Rush Hour. Loved that he brought up the debates and real life topics. His opening acts did a good job also, especially Randy Brown! Would definitely see him again. He did a good job because he didn't talk about how famous he was or all his movies. Just did regular good ole comedy, which I liked. The only thing I didn't like was when I went to take a picture with no flash I got yelled at... come on he looked pretty fly in all white with a black tie! 8-)"
Kenny can still ROCK!
The concert started with 106 degree heat, but it was still a very enjoyable evening. Opening with The Little River Band was fun as everyone knew all the songs to the words they played, a long-lost familiar throw-back and reminder of a great time in rock and roll. Disney On Ice: Jump In! hit the stage, a completely different caliber of music. WOW! Disney On Ice: Jump In! can still rock, every song they played was recognizable and familiar. They delivered, all of what they played we could relate to, as their writing was attached to classic movies we grew up with. The concert overall exceeded my expectations.
The Thunder Valley venue was a first for me, even though I have lived in Granite Bay the past 23 years and have never stepped foot at Thunder Valley. I will be back for another concert hopefully in the fall.
Elvis Costello - all the hits but some misses
Larkin Poe added great accompaniment to the concert - some songs worked as a 1-man band, while others were verging on disappointing, if not awful. Maybe they could have supported more of his songs.
The concert started as a 'Storyteller', an 'Unplugged' and a biography - but as the songs continued, the stories and videos seemed to run out. You were left with a feeling that the material only went so far, or that the whole show was not finished.
The Masonic is an awesome venue - a totally class place to see a concert, especially with great sound from Larkin Poe.
The concert was 2 hours with multiple encores, leaving us feeling that we had seen a good show and had a good time.
